I too, mostly just use Google.  The reason is pretty simple, I typically am looking for reference documentation on an interface, property, or method, and simply typing the name of the thing I'm looking for into Google (often also adding msdn as a keyword as well) pretty much always gets me directly there.

It always seems like MSDN searching always results in articles and a ton of other stuff that I really am not interested in, and I have to wade through all of that to get to what I'm really looking for.
